Joe Scarborough is proud to unveil his debut watercolour collection

Joe Scarborough is proud to unveil his debut watercolour collection: a series of twelve original paintings capturing the vibrant characters and everyday scenes of his beloved hometown, Sheffield. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art, no prints have been produced, making this a truly unique and collectible series. Every painting is accompanied by a personal story written by Joe, adding depth and warmth to each scene.

“As a proud Ambassador for Sheffield Hospitals Charity, I’m thrilled to support this year’s Master Cutler’s Charity by donating a portion of the proceeds from my first watercolour collection.

The Master Cutler represents a proud industrial heritage that has inspired many of my paintings over the years. The ‘buffer girls’ in particular are a central part of my cast of characters, and it feels right to honour that tradition through this collection.

I wish Phil Rodrigo (the current Master Cutler) and everyone at Sheffield Hospitals Charity the very best in their efforts this year. Fundraising is never easy, especially in uncertain times, but with the kindness and generosity of the people of Sheffield, I’m confident they’ll achieve their goals, especially in supporting those living with dementia.”

In a nod to Joe’s long-standing connection with the city and its stories, Phil Rodrigo was presented with a first draft of Blades Fans Rejoice back in 2019, commemorating Sheffield United’s promotion that season.
